​A counselling session lasts for 50 minutes. In each session we will explore the issues that you want to share. To make the most of the counselling session it is important that you turn up on time and that we finish on time. I accept the payment in cash directly when you see me at the end of the session.

​I offer a 15 minute telephone consultation. This is a great opportunity to ask questions that you may have about the counselling and also get to know me before you decide to start the counselling process.

If you need to cancel the session, you will need to let me know at least 24 hrs in advance
